Four Industrial Engineering Students Selected for Industrial Internship at PT MAK and PT YPTI

Four students from the Department of Industrial Engineering, Faculty of Industrial Engineering at UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta, have successfully been selected for the MBKM Industrial Internship program. The students are Kevin Yogatama, Syauqi M. K. A., Firman Gusti Al Rahmano, and Rika Apriyanti M.S. They will be completing their internships at two renowned companies, PT Mega Andalan Kalasan (PT MAK) and PT Yogya Presisi Teknikatama Industri (PT YPTI).
This MBKM Industrial Internship program is an independent internship initiative resulting from a collaboration between the Department of Industrial Engineering and PT MAK and PT YPTI. The internship will last between 4 to 6 months during the odd semester of the 2021/2022 Academic Year. Through this program, students are given the opportunity to gain practical experience in the industrial sector, which will undoubtedly be valuable in enhancing their skills and knowledge outside the classroom.
It is hoped that this internship program will allow Industrial Engineering students to broaden their horizons and experiences, while also developing better professional skills to prepare them for the challenges of the workforce.
The event took place at the Department of Industrial Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Brawijaya, Jl. MT. Haryono No.167, Ketawanggede, Kec. Lowokwaru, Malang City, East Java 65145. iSMEC 2023 was attended by 10 finalist teams from various universities across Indonesia, all of whom had passed through rigorous selection rounds.
