Library Reading Spot: New Service at UPN 'Veteran' Yogyakarta Library
On Tuesday, February 4, 2025, the UPN 'Veteran' Yogyakarta Library launched a new service that makes it easier for visitors to access reading materials in a practical and free way. This service was inaugurated by the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs of UPNVY, Dr. Machya Astuti Dewi, M.Si, and attended by Deans and Department Heads.
The Reading Spot service allows the academic community to enjoy e-books for free, anytime and anywhere. Users can relax in the garden or cafeteria while reading e-books without needing to register or download any special apps.
QR Code Reading Spots are now available throughout the campus area, both on Campus 1 and Campus 2. On Campus 2, the service can be accessed within a 300-meter radius from the FISIP and FTI Dean's Buildings. Over 600 e-book titles are available, including academic books and engaging novels. Simply find the QR Code, scan it, and enjoy the e-books available.
